SHIPPING POLICY

When do I receive my order?
As soon as we receive an order, our warehouse employees start working immediately. The deal always indicates the delivery time and normally takes a maximum of 5 working days. If there is a lot of interest, this can take a little longer. If this is the case, we will indicate this on the product page in time so that you will not be faced with any surprises.

Can I still change the delivery address?
That is possible, unless we have already sent your order. Feel free to contact us and we will see if we can adjust it.

Can I collect my order?
Unfortunately, this is not possible at the moment. Our office is located in Mill (at Houtzagerijstraat 2), but our warehouse is located in Breda (at Zoete Inval 4-8). All packages are automatically sent to our customers from this warehouse. Therefore it is not possible to pick up orders.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

It is of course possible that you decide not to keep a product. At Sleepy Headzz we offer you 30 days to indicate that you want to return a product. After these 30 days you have another 14 days to return your package. To keep everything running smoothly, there are some simple procedures which you can read below. Note: the return costs are for you as a customer, unless the products are already damaged on receipt.

  1. The product must not have been used. You may view and rate the product just as you would in a brick and mortar store.

  2. The product is undamaged. The product is returned to us in its original condition. This condition also applies to any accessories.

  3. If there is an exception to the voluntary 30-day trial period, this is stated on the product page.

if a product is damaged, the wrong color or is not delivered complete, please contact our customer service and you will receive a refund or the product will be exchanged.
